Henrietta received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. from the University of Texas in Austin and a Juris Doctor from the SMU Dedman School of Law. She has thirty years’ experience practicing law as in-house counsel with for-profit and not-for-profit corporations. In addition to her work on intellectual property matters, including copyright, trademark and licensing transactions, she has extensive experience working with corporate business clients in developing, reviewing and editing written business documents, such as employee manuals, marketing materials, press releases, sales materials and in reviewing and drafting responses to government requests for proposals (RFP) and invitations to bid (ITB).
She advises small business clients on issues involving franchising, copyright and trademark, commercial lease agreements and other matters.
She handles pro bono cases in immigration for Human Rights Initiative of North Texas and Catholic Charities of Dallas, and has participated as a volunteer for immigration legal clinics sponsored by the Mexican Consulate in Dallas, Texas.
